Cynthia Oliver, CTS
Principal
Ms. Oliver is an AV industry veteran who has spent 20 years helping technology companies and professional service providers to enhance their operational performance, client support, and service portfolios. She has developed industry standards for technical communications and served as an advisor to various organizations, including IMCCA and InfoComm. At CDA she focuses on all business operations, marketing, and the creation of new products and services for the AEC community and CDA clients. She additionally guides standards of practices to optimize productivity and success in all that CDA delivers.
