Corporate Executive Suite Project

PROJECT SUMMARY

CDA developed a variety of sleek technology workspaces within a new Executive Suite of our global manufacturing client’s San Jose, CA campus. With a series of offices, meeting rooms, an immersion room, 30+ seat boardroom, lobby video wall, and a first-floor formal conference room, the challenge was to bring all systems online with extreme speed, absolute technology reliance, and a seamless user experience.

The scope began small then expanded into a total redesign of the entire suite, which still had to be completed within the original timeframe. All aspects of the project demanded keen attention to detail, significant collaboration, and an expedited workflows to meet the tight deadlines – which CDA did without a hitch. The project was completed on time, and users were up and running with the technology extensively, immediately.

Due to the project’s huge success, and outcome whereby executives had such an immediately positive user experience, this buildout became the model and new enterprise-wide standard for our client’s Executive Suites around the world.

  • 24’x6.7’ LED video wall system (Boardroom)
  • Multi-camera tracking plus PTZ presenter camera systems for accurate capture of all room participants
  • Individual user microphones plus voice lift and loudspeaker systems to provide uniform audio experience for both local and far-end participants
